Regular Gi and NOGI classes starts with a warm-up and is followed by Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques and finishes with sparing.
Kidds class are separated within age groups and consist of a warm-up, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques learning, games and sparring within a safe environment.
