INTRODUCTION TO BJJ

 Designed to introduce the basic movements, techniques & rules of Jiu-Jitsu.

Date: June 3rd to 26th

When: Monday and Wednesday 5:30PM to 6:30PM

GROUPS

We welcome a new group of people

at the beginning of each month. This ensures that our instructor is able to keep an intimate and friendly atmosphere through all 8 sessions. Because we follow a set curriculum we don't allow our students to join mid-program

EQUIPMENT

The program does not require any equipment. Students can train with active clothing (try to avoid tank top) and will have time to eventually purchase a GI for further training at a BJJ school.

PROGRAM

The program has a total of 8 classes, twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays & lasts one month. Check our schedule on MINDBODY to know when the sessions start and end.

Each class has a specific curriculum so try not to miss classes!
