INTRODUCTION TO BJJ
In order to offer particular attention to people that are completely new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we constructed this program step by step to offer the basis about movements, techniques and rules of the practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Please read carefully if you wish to try the program.
We welcome one new group of people
(maximum 12 ) at the beginning of every month. This insures the instructor to keep an intimate and friendly atmosphere through all 8 sessions.
The program does not require any equipment. Students can train with active clothing (try to avoid tank top) and will have time to eventually purchase a GI for further training at a BJJ school.
The program has a total of 8 classes, meeting twice a week and lasting one month.
Each class has a specific curriculum so try not to miss classes!
